WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY CERTIFICATE COVER?

Fairway-Watches guarantees its watches for a period of two years from the date of purchase. The Fairway-Watches warranty does not cover normal wear, loss, theft, or damage related to improper use. The warranty card has been fully supplemented by us, and it is presented with the watch. Any intervention carried out by a third party on the watch has the effect of cancelling the warranty.

WHERE CAN I HAVE MY WATCH REPAIRED?

The after-sale service is done at the Locle in Switzerland. This service is carried out in the same place and by the same people as the production thus guaranteeing an excellent knowledge of the product. If you would like to have your watch repaired, please contact our Customer service by filling this form. We will inform you directly of the procedure to follow when sending your watch for repair.

ARE FAIRWAY WATCHES SWISS MADE?

Swiss Made watch is considered the watch whose:

  • development and prototype were developed in Switzerland
  • movement is Swiss
  • movement is nestled in Switzerland
  • final control by the manufacturer takes place in Switzerland
  • costs are at least 60% generated in Switzerland.

Fairway watches meet all these criteria which is why they are Swiss Made.

Our online store allows you to buy Fairway watches with your smartphone.

CAN YOU PLAY GOLF WITH A FAIRWAY WATCH?

Our models have been tested in various sports practices and none of our watches have been damaged. It is therefore possible to practice a sports/physical activity with a Fairway watch on the wrist. On the other hand, the Fairway-Watches International Guarantee does not cover the shocks associated with these activities.
